Monohydrate creatine, L-arginine, acid reducer: citric acid; beta alanine, magnesium acid, potassium citrate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), orange juice, extract: acesutfame K; aroma, ferro phosphate, mattodestrine, edulcorante: sucralosio; zinc citrate, colorant: betacarotene; thiamine chloride (vitamin B1).
